The Storytelling Season

Work:: The Storytelling Season (S01181199345)

Production:: (T1946960036)

2008 is the National Year of Reading, with October dedicated to spoken word. The Storytelling Season celebrates the fairytale for the young and old with three weeks of fabulous stories, told by some of the UK’s most accomplished raconteurs. Returning to the Unicorn for the third time, the festival has been a big hit with our audiences. We are glad to welcome back Daniel Morden, who'll be telling his Dark Tales From the Woods (21 - 26 Oct), and Sally Pomme Clayton with her story of The Golden Castle That Hung in the Air (4 - 9 Nov). This year, you can also hear stories exploring the old tradition of the Day of the Dead (28 Oct - 2 Nov), told by Ben Haggarty and Tuup.
