Potatoes & Sauce - Exploring the normal of the bizarre and the love at the end. Coma dreams and everyday conversations translated into contemporary circus through poetic aerial work. I was swimming in a pool. The water was warm and it felt good. Then I noticed a gigantic mustache that had grown under my nose. Why hadn't I noticed before? I didn't care about the pain I just wanted it off my face. I don't even know why. Finally I managed to rip it off and I could swim calmly again. Merging text from coma-dreams with aerial language, Potatoes & Sauce explores the direct connection between the physical treatment of a body in coma and dream images that occur. Despite their bizarreness these dreams come to make absolute sense. Triptych - This piece explores memory. Can something experienced in the 'here and now' provoke memories from the past? The performers shift from the being with and for each other to being self-absorbed and wrapped up in themselves. The work is a development of a solo into a trio. In the solo a woman explores memory and it's impact on perception of space. The title of the piece 'Triptych' is from the Greek t??pt???? meaning ?thr"three-fold". Triptych art is made up of three panels that are intended to be displayed together. There are no real rules in Triptych. Anything goes. The piece explores memory. Can something experienced in the 'here and now' provoke memories from the past? The performers shift from being with and for each other to being self-absorbed, wrapped up in themselves. I'm Sorry You're Leaving - They all have memories, some of them stuck better than others. But the 80s is what they all remember links their stories.
