Under Your Hat

Under Your Hat

Work:: Under Your Hat (S790862273)

Under Your Hat, as you might suppose, takes place in and around a giant bowler hat! It is a fully interactive play in which 4 clothes people act out for small groups of 4-6 year olds, using music and puppets, a host of amazing stories involving secret pockets, touchy-feely gloves, percussive zips, musical velcro and tap dancing shoes! There is a different story or play to entertain and enthral each group of children, but children don't just make up the audience for Under Your Hat they are also an integral part of the production.
Author Tim Webb

Production:: (T466338454)

Oily Cart will be holding 2 days of improvisation/performance work at each of 6 schools in the Lambeth and Hammersmith areas prior to performances at the 2 venues. Here the children will work with the company's 4 performers acting out and telling their own stories some of which will then be incorporated into the production at the RFH and Lyric.
