But is this seductress the real Helen of Troy or has Menelaus been tricked by war-hungry gods? Could this islander be another woman altogether: the real and entirely innocent Helen? Love unites them and they're forced to concoct an ingenious series of schemes in order to escape from a ruthless and lustful king who is also hoping to make the mysterious woman his wife.
