Saw this on Sat 16th Nov. I went to see it as I wanted to see both Brenden Fraser AND Ned Beatty. I thought all the performances were excellent. I have always known that Ned Beatty was a good straight actor (and not just Lex Luthors side kick!), and having seen Gods and Monsters, and a little gem called the Passion of Darkly Noon I know that there is much more to Mr Fraser than goof ball comedy. The rest of the cast gave admirable performances, and on the night I went the part of Maggie was played by the understudy who did a superb job.
