Zone 3: Week Three - Three Blind Brides/The Meaning Machine

Work:: Zone 3: Week Three (S01481057265)

Production:: Three Blind Brides/The Meaning Machine (T01980487516)

Three Blind Brides - Three brides realise that in marriage a part of themselves must die and be left in their past. Through individual movement the three characters communicate their personal states of grieving, excitement and frustration at letting go of their autonomy and independence. The Meaning Machine - The Meaning Machine looks like an enigma looking at itself and scratching its head in wonder. As often with Fishof, it runs on a diet of non-existing languages and rituals from a time unknown, surfacing in an endless, everlasting present. Within it, the body becomes a kinetic satellite dish, through which infectious, over-saturated glimpses of reality are perceived and manifested.
