In this sordid world where you have to watch your back (and even then you might get stabbed in the front!) we realise that we are involved in a vicious circle of murder and betrayal: self love is the only way to survive and loving others becomes the ultimate crime for which the death penalty must be paid- perhaps sentenced by a bent copper? The plot thickens as violence turns to delusion and - murder!
