VOX Collective Presents: Carol King's Tapestry

Work:: VOX Collective Presents: Carol King's Tapestry (S01070692624)

VOX Collective is a group of seasoned session musicians, working together to create original, energetic and engaging entertainment. In it's first year VOX Collective put together a variety of shows honouring musical acts like Outkast, Madonna & Carole King, and have sold out numerous shows across England, including LondonĀ“s legendary Jazz Cafe. Members of the collective have had the honor of performing with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Rag'n'Bone man, Em Beihold, Becky Hill, Emeli Sande, Paloma Faith, Ella Henderson, Joss Stone, Laura Mvula, Jason Derulo & Beverley Knight to name a few. Since writing her first number 1 hit "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" at the tender age of 17, Carole King has arguably become one of the most celebrated and iconic singer/songwriters of all time. For one night only, VOX Collective will be honouring the legendary Carole King by performing her highly regarded solo album 'Tapestry' in its entirety. The performance will be stripped back, much like King's 'Welcome to my living room' tour, to emphasise her beautiful lyrics and amazing melodies. With songs like 'Natural Woman', 'You've got a friend' and 'Will you still love me tomorrow', the evening is going to be packed with classic songs, and slick vocal harmonies.
