Set at the turn of the century this musical delight tells the story of Rose O'Brannegan, a London barrow girl who is left a fortune by her uncle. Taking on the lifestyle of the 'well to do' she goes in search of her long lost husband. A search that takes her to New Orleans and through a magical range of well loved songs from the 1900s through to the 1950s.
