A gentle fairytale comedy which encourages children to explore the concept of happiness and what it means to be a good citizen. A Japanese Majo (witch) is banned from the Emperor's party, and vows to take revenge. Immediate misery prevails amongst the villagers, so the heroic Yoshino goes in search of answers. He finds them, but all is not quite as it seems.
