In this hugely entertaining production, Haringey Shed's Youth Theatre has taken the well known story of Alice in Wonderland reworked and updated it and produced something totally original. Alan has been given a pack of dusty old playing cards from his Granny, Alice. He is obsessed with becoming popular and is quick to dismiss the cards and to concentrate on becoming popular by showing off the latest video games. He finds himself falling into an early 90's wonderland occupied by Pacman and Bomberman. Ruling the land however is still the traditional Queen of Hearts, who Alan sets out to conquer. As he attempts to set these outdated characters free, Alan also comes to realise that there's more to life than FIFA. This production has been devised by Haringey Shed's Youth Theatre and is supported by members of their Shed Moves dance group.
