The story is set in a country where everyone wears watering cans and umbrellas. The country also has a king, who has never left his castle until one day the tower falls apart, the king tumbles down through the earth to the other side! A lady servant - Ms. Care - also falls through and now they both want to go home. So together they have adventures as they travel half way round the world
