Figment Theatre Company in association with the LBT bring you their 5th summer festival. This year we will be producing an adaptation of JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit with music and adventure galore. Thirty young members of the local community with members of Figment Theatre Company, present JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit, in a production packed full of music, adventure and fun! There will be a one-week and a two-week course. The one-week course will concentrate on putting on the performance within a week for shows on Saturday 29th July. The two-week course will involve more skills-based workshops with visiting tutors and an extra performance. This is aimed at the older and more experienced children but both weeks will be suitable for all ages from 9-18.
