Details

A tramp (Rutger Hauer) exiled in Paris and haunted by a criminal past has a chance encounter with a wealthy stranger who offers him 200 francs on the proviso that, when he can afford it he pay it back to the chapel dedicated to St Therese. There unfolds a tale of noble but weak willed man. a beautifully short film of subtlety and charm.
