Details

Frank Bannister is a psychic investigator, brought into the creepy town of Fairwater to exorcise a few ghosts and fatten his wallet. Frank can definitely see spiritual beings but he's actually in cahoots with them to work a scam. So far, so comedy-horror. Then, suddenly, things get nasty when the shade of a serial killer returns from the grave to up his bloody body count.
