Over the course of six months they have been exploring aspects of their 'town' through the medium of dance, drama and music. The people, the places, the past, their hopes and dreams for the future have all been considered at some stage throughout the project. All of this material is being created into a performance that offers a perspective of York through the eyes of the people who will shape its future. 80 of the young people will be taking their performance on to a national platform at The Dome at Greenwich on Friday 20 October to add York's voice to the national millennial celebrations. | |
