Details

Witness a brave and different collaboration by two extraordinary artists working together for the first time. At the heart of the piece is a score by choreographer turned composer Hofesh Shechter. Performed live by his band of 30 musicians, immerse yourself in his trademark percussive grooves, melancholy strings and atmospheric electronic soundscapes. Shechter has previously composed the score for all of his dance pieces and now for the first time he focuses his creative energy on the music and its performance. Set within the visual landscape created by sculptor Antony Gormley, the Barbican stage itself becomes an instrument to be played, in a sensory experience not to be missed.
