Details

A night to celebrate comedian and disability activist Stella Young. Abnormally Funny People regulars Liz Carr, Steve Day and Don Biswas perform, followed by a screening of Stella's brilliant 2014 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Best Newcomer award winning show Tales From the Crip. Hosted by Stella's friend and Director of Tales From the Crip, Nelly Thomas. Packed with Stella's trademark cutting social commentary and robust, humorous debate and discussion on disability, Tales From the Crip digs deep into life on four wheels, documenting Stella's own experiences as a ballsy cripple. All profits from the show will go to Graeae, a theatre company that champions accessibility.
