Four hundred years after Shakespeare first wrote Midsummer Night's Dream, a descendent of Puck still roams the countryside causing madness and mayhem, maliciously meddling in the affairs of humans. Ill Met By Moonlight is a haunting and tender love story set on the cusp of two centuries in the dark and mystical borders of Wales and England. Told by a band of itinerant players, this tender, funny and poignant play follows the tale of two lovers whose unlikely romance is thwarted at every turn by the mischievous fairy.
