It's 2014, and her Majesty's Armed Forces have finally returned home from Helmand, Afghanistan. Three former soldiers meet in the Alex, Caernarfon. Iwan Jones, Diane Taylor and Telor Roberts have returned to civilian life, but little by little it becomes apparent that it is impossible for them to return to their former lives. The nightmare experience of being on the front line never goes away. Plato's words, "Only the dead have seen the end of war", are as relevant as ever.
