This is the culmination of the Page to Stage series led by its tutor - Steve Waters - who is also currently writer in residence at Hampstead Theatre in London and Junior Judith E Wilson Fellow at Cambridge University. The course will look at developing dialogue that reflects the dynamics of everyday speech, engineering the right tempo and rhythm to scene and action and intensifying story-telling through structural decisions. The sessions will culminate in a rehearsed reading on 15 June and include a Sunday rehearsal with local performers and directors.
