Martin Johnson Quartet

Work:: Martin Johnson Quartet (S638943400)

Performer Martin Johnson Quartet

Production:: (T0446788215)

If there was ever a way to finish off a great weekend then this is the way to do it with this rare outing for one of the UK's greatest Latin Jazz combo's. Never has such a small group been packed with so much talent; led by Martin Johnson on Hammond B3 (Rent Party, Turntable, Dave Bronze) they kick up a storm whenever they play (which is not very often) and the reason why? Because the line up also includes legendary Afro-Cuban percussionist ?Snowboy' (Lisa Stansfield, JTQ), Davide Giovannini (Paul McCartney, Roy Ayres, Steve Winwood) on drums and if that's not enough one of the world's greatest jazz guitar players and three times winner of ?Best UK Jazz Guitar' - Jim Mullen (Claire Martin, Georgie Fame, Average White Band, Morrissey-Mullen).
