Both Michael and Lyn live and work in Edinburgh. Michael's passions and influences are: the abstract expressionists, MoMa, New York City, Cy Twombly, red wine and the pioneers of extinction. Lyn's influences however, are taken from the City and surrounding countryside. She studied and gained a BA Hons in Drawing and Painting at Edinburgh College of Art.
