I could understand if this show was half songs and half documentary. It would make it a lot more interesting. But to have a 10% songs and 90% self-indulgent and self-praising chat with a guy on the couch bigging up Dionne and fawning over her was a waste of money. Additionally one of Dionne's song was totally mullered compared to its original format- apparently it's called artistic licence but it seemed like destructive licence. Don't waste your money and time.

Mike Hofton (05May24): I can fully understand she is of advanced years these days but to find this is just a rather dull question and answer session on a sofa, Michael Parkinson style, show with hardly any songs sung. If we all wanted this then we would've tuned into the associated documentary related to this. Left shortly after the start of the second act as more of the sofa chatting started all over again 1
